  1. *One participant was interviewed twice: once during pregnancy while receiving outpatient treatment, and a second time postpartum while in residential facility. The participant did not disclose her previous interview with another researcher, and the interviewer was unaware of it. In both interviews, she shared the same information with the researchers.
